An extensive two-month cruise circling the Australian Coast is being halted following the death of an elderly lady who was stranded by the cruise liner on a isolated island.

The elderly woman had been trekking on the tropical location with shipmates from the cruise ship, but broke off from the group for a break. The vessel sailed away leaving her and came back several hours later after the ship staff discovered the woman was missing.
